Above Publishing n8n OVH — privacy notice

This notice covers Above Publishing n8n OVH, the account owner’s publishing automation running on an OVH-hosted n8n instance. It is used to manage publishing materials and production records, rather than to offer public Google account registration.

Google data accessed and its purpose

With the account owner’s authorization, the app accesses Google Drive files and metadata, Google Sheets spreadsheet contents, and Google Docs document contents. Its configured workflows read source material, create or update publishing documents and files, and read and update production queues, publishing status, and performance records. Actual access is governed by the permissions shown during Google authorization.

Storage and access

Files and spreadsheet records are stored in the connected Google account. Workflow inputs, outputs and execution records may also be stored on the OVH server and in operational backups. OAuth credentials are encrypted in n8n’s credential store. Access is limited to authorized operators and the service providers used to run the configured workflows.

Transfers and use

Configured publishing workflows may transfer the source material and generated content needed for their functions to document-processing, content-generation, ecommerce and social-publishing services. Published product files and promotional content become available to their intended audiences. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising targeting, or used to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Retention, deletion and revocation

Operational files and records remain until removed by the account owner or the applicable configured retention process. Removing Google access stops future authorized access but does not automatically delete files, execution records, backups, or content already sent to other services. The account owner can revoke access through Google Account connections and manage stored data through the connected services. Contact the operator for deletion requests; removal from backups follows the applicable backup-retention process.
